Bless your space using your own Spiritual Toolbox!
Below are some examples of "Blessing/Smudging/Clearing/Healing prayers and rituals to use for your personal house blessing ceremonies. I have found the integration of multiple spiritual ideologies that resonate with you, is the most powerful. Also, it's useful and powerful to cleanse and de-clutter before you begin to bless any space or person. A good clearing of clutter and dust from a home/office space and/or cleansing of the body is helpful, a nice salt bath with lavender, (see out Bless This Bath line) Breathing deeply a few times is useful to clear the mind before you begin as well. Remember to always set an intention that resonates with you for healing for yourself or the person you are blessing, before you begin (ie: to regain strength from grief, to diminish imprints of past negative events or relationships, to release anything (be specific) that no longer serve you. Also, remember there is no "wrong" spiritual modality in blessing your space if it resonates with you in honoring yourself, your space and others.
Smudging/Blessing/Ritual

Here's an example of my typical blessing from my own Spiritual Toolbox.
First set your intention: Call upon your personal God, Angels, spirit guides or saints to assist and protect you. Light your candle. Visualize yourself protected by the White Light. Light your candle and recite: (Example) Dear God, (angels/saints/Jesus/spirit guides) Banish all evil and negative energies and/or spirits from this home (person/room/car etc), and Bless this structure with your pure White Light of Love and your Pure White Light of Protection. Bless yourself and anyone else who will be helping you with the Holy sage water. (Use your own "spiritual toolbox" to find the proper tools to make your blessing personal.)
Trim some Sage twigs (frankinsence, myrrh, sweetgrass, copal, juniper, pine, lavender), put on the plate/abalone shell with the lit candle, light the sage twigs until it goes out and smokes. OR light your sage stick and get it smoldering. You will want to bless/smudge yourself with the smoking sage starting from the very top of your head going in a circular motion wafting the smoke with the feather starting at your head and moving down to the soles of your feet. Also you can do this on another person while reciting the prayers or personalized prayers anytime you feel the need.
Recite: As you wafe the sage smoke with your feather: I banish all negative Metaphysical, Emotional, Mental and physical energies from this structure with the energy of love and light through the power of God. (Personalize with favorite blessing/prayers) Peace be with you!

How to use your Energy Pendulum for a House Blessing or Smudging ceremony
First, take your pendulum and hold it according to the diagram below. Next, hold the gemstone part in your other hand and recite your favorite prayer or an intention that serves the greater good for this space. Make it personal based on your own spiritual ideologies or use a standard prayer you are fond of (ie: Lord's prayer, any of the house blessings listed on this page, etc.) or use your own words. Ask for white light protection and for only information that aids in healing the space you are working with to come through. Next, let go of pendulum base and hold it as indicated in the diagram below. Ask God, your spirit guides and/or Angels through your pendulum what yes looks like and what no looks like. You will probably see either a circular motion and/or back and forth for each. Once you know what "no" & "yes" look like, go to the space you are blessing (or person, place or thing), and ask God through your pendulum if the space holds any negative emotional, spiritual energy. If your pendulum says, yes? go through the house blessing ceremony. You can ask again after you do the blessing too. Energy Pendulums are a good resource for use in identifying energy blockages. In Reiki they are used to identify blockages in our Chakras in the body. The Reiki methodology is also useful in blessing spaces. I smudge and bless my pendulum occasionally with sage and holy water to clear and cleanse it's energy or dip in salt.
